Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 8+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Adobe AEM, CMS solutions, and front-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable AEM solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-level digital experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✦ Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Adobe AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, Workflows, Templates, Components, OSGi, Sling Models, Dispatcher, etc.).
✦ Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AEM solutions.
✦ Build reusable and modular components for content-driven applications.
✦ Integrate AEM with third-party applications, services, and APIs.
✦ Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance in all AEM implementations.
✦ Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
✦ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
✦ Support deployments, upgrades, and production maintenance for AEM applications.

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
✔ 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Adobe AEM development.
✔ Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe AEM 6.x/Cloud Service.
✔ Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, OSGi, Sling, and RESTful APIs.
✔ Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React (preferred).
✔ Good knowledge of Dispatcher configurations, caching, and performance tuning.
✔ Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems, DAM, CRM, and analytics tools.
✔ Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Cloud Manager).
✔ Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
