Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with over 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), and AI-driven automation, coupled with a solid background in software engineering and system design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can architect large-scale AI/ML platforms, lead innovation initiatives, and mentor teams while delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

➤ Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for real-world applications.
➤ Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
➤ Architect scalable ML pipelines for large-scale data processing and real-time inference.
➤ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
➤ Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art ML, NLP, and deep learning techniques.
➤ Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
➤ Work with DevOps/MLOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
➤ Ensure data security, governance, and compliance in AI/ML workflows.
➤ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building organizational AI/ML best practices.
➤ Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI/ML to drive continuous innovation.

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
✔ 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years in AI/ML engineering.
✔ Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn).
✔ Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for building ML applications.
✔ Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI).
✔ Solid understanding of data engineering, big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop), and distributed computing.
✔ Knowledge of MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and deployment.
✔ Experience with data visualization and storytelling tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly).
✔ Strong mathematical and statistical foundations in probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
✔ Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
