Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Consultant with strong expertise in healthcare interoperability regulations and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex regulatory requirements—such as HIPAA, CMS, ONC, and FHIR standards—into actionable technology solutions. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with clients through discovery sessions to define clear technical and compliance pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability regulations (HIPAA, CMS, ONC)
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into technology-driven solutions
• Identify and validate the technical solutions required for clients
• Participate in co-discovery sessions with clients to understand needs, clarify requirements, and present the organization’s PBM-related approach
• Provide guidance on FHIR standards and interoperability frameworks
• Support clients in aligning their systems with regulatory expectations
• Communicate complex compliance concepts in a clear and actionable manner

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HIPAA, CMS, ONC regulations and healthcare interoperability
• Experience translating compliance requirements into technical or architectural solutions
• Working knowledge of FHIR standards and healthcare data exchange protocols
• Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles within the healthcare or PBM domain
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to participate effectively in discovery sessions and guide solution design
