Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with hands-on exposure to Agentic AI frameworks to design and build intelligent, autonomous systems that interact seamlessly with enterprise data and cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines strong Java engineering expertise with a deep understanding of AI agent design, and API-driven automation.

Experience Level: 12–15years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and APIs for AI-driven agentic workflows.

Architect and implement Agentic AI frameworks for decision-making, reasoning, and task execution automation.

Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to embed autonomous logic in application layers.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and response times across distributed systems.

Implement secure data handling, prompt optimization, and context management for AI agents.

Contribute to research and prototyping efforts involving multi-agent collaboration and adaptive reasoning.

Required Qualifications

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed architecture.

Experience integrating LLMs or agent-based frameworks.

Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure GCP preferred (or Azure or AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent coordination patterns.
