Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong experience in Sigma Computing, SQL, and modern cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance reporting and backend systems. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise-grade reporting and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

► Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
► Conduct technical architecture reviews and ensure best practices in design and reporting.
► Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
► Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.
► Advocate and implement best practices in software development, deployment, monitoring, and incident management.
► Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications

▪ Sigma Computing

• Capture all requirements and clarifications from the client.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and querying.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using Sigma Computing tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory).
• Experience with Snowflake data engineering (preferred).
• Follow Agile process and sprint schedules.
• Knowledge of the healthcare domain is a plus.
• Experience working in onshore/offshore models.

▪ Backend Development

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and Python for backend development.

▪ Cloud & Infrastructure

• Familiarity with container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

✔ Prior experience as a Senior Report Developer (e.g., Sigma Computing, SSRS).
✔ Proven record of delivering complex reporting solutions.
✔ Ability to balance technical execution with strategic leadership.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
